KIXWAY currently ships to customers in the United States, Canada, Germany, the United Kingdom, and Australia.

3. Products and Descriptions

We take care to accurately represent our handbags, including materials, dimensions, and craftsmanship, through product descriptions and imagery. Minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our products and differences in display settings. We reserve the right to correct pricing or product errors and to limit order quantities at our discretion.

4. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which KIXWAY may accept or decline, including where we suspect fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of stock.
  • Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Customers in Canada, Germany, the UK, and Australia may be charged in USD or local currency depending on checkout settings, and may be subject to currency conversion by their payment provider.
  • Prices do not include applicable import duties, customs fees, or local taxes unless explicitly stated at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes levied by their country upon delivery.
  • We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout, including major credit cards and supported digital wallets (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal).

5. International Shipping and Customs

Orders shipped to Canada, Germany, the United Kingdom, and Australia are subject to that country's customs regulations. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, and KIXWAY is not liable for delays, additional charges, or seizures caused by customs authorities. 6. Returns, Refunds, and Statutory Rights

Our standard return policy is set out on our Returns page. In addition:

  • UK and EU customers are entitled to a statutory right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, in accordance with UK and EU consumer protection law, subject to the product being unused and in its original condition.
  • Australian customers are entitled to the consumer guarantees provided under the Australian Consumer Law, including remedies for products that are faulty, not fit for purpose, or not as described. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies those guarantees.
  • US and Canadian customers are subject to the return window and conditions described on our Returns page.
